I found the hotel to be wonderfully located. It was easy to walk to nearby shops. the staff offered excellent customer service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection. i appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room. The air conditioner worked very well.

The toilet seemed a bit low. A slightly higher one would be more comfortable.

The hotel staff provided professional service I have ever witnessed. Security measures included doormen and comprehensive vehicle inspections ensuring a safe environment. Dining was really good with three fantastic restaurants I enjoyed.

During my check-in, the queue was a bit long, taking about thirty minutes. The room wasn't immediately ready, causing a delay. I felt a bit uneasy regarding the deposit process and the payment timeline.

The staff displayed helpfulness and courtesy. I appreciated the hotel's location as it was near malls and restaurants. The Greenbelt mall was right across the street, providing much convenience.

The air conditioning switched off when I left the room. It produced a lot of moisture. The pillows smelled like dust, so I requested a change.. The hotel charged my card by mistake instead of putting a lock on it.
